By the grace of God, we respect others and desire to honour you and do you no harm. This applies whether you are just visiting this site, and reading what you find in these pages, or if you choose to purchase, or download, a book, or offer your comments and suggestions, or subscribe to any ezine, list, or program that we might recommend.
To honour and respect you means that you can count on us not to give or sell your email address, or any confidential information about you to anyone for any purposes whatsoever. If you offer compliments or praise, we will always ask you first before we post it for others to see.
If you should ask for advice, or encouragement about any personal matter, rest assured that we only talk it over with the Lord, and no one else.
By the same token, rest assured that we will NOT condone sin, knowingly take part in anything unethical - or any other thing that God's Word and our conscience convinces us is wrong, nor will we help you hide such wrongs.
However, rather than reporting you, we're more likely to urge you to take responsibility for your own actions.
Church leaders in developing countries have few reference books. A pastor in a western country may have 500-1000 books in his library. A pastor in a developing country may have 5 or 10. Bible Colleges and other ministries also suffer, with staff and students everywhere, struggling to get resource materials.
The reason for this shortage is not simply that Christian workers lack the money to buy books, but that such books may not even be available to buy, because of currency problems and near-bankrupt economies. There are generally no restrictions on Christian books entering the Latin American countries where we minister; the problem is that the people have very little money to purchase the books. Low cost, Biblically sound books are not available to them.
Our burden is to do something about that short-fall, particularly to provide affordable Spanish Evangelical Resources into the hands of those needing them.
